Every fee below is charged at checkout and nowhere else. Riders do not collect anything at the door. Orders over ₦250,000 ship free anywhere in Nigeria.

Fees are per order, not per item. Timelines are working days and exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Dispatch
Orders placed and paid for before 2pm on a working day are packed and handed to a courier the same day. Anything after that goes out the next working morning. You will get a WhatsApp message on the number you gave at checkout when the rider sets off, along with a tracking reference where the courier provides one.
Everything ships from Lagos. We use door-to-door couriers for Lagos and Abuja, and interstate logistics partners elsewhere. We do not use park or bus deliveries — they are cheaper and we have lost bottles to them.
Packaging
Fragrance is glass and it travels badly if packed lazily. Every bottle goes out in its sealed retail box, wrapped, inside a rigid outer carton with fill. Gift sets are boxed as described on the product page. If you want the price removed for a gift, say so in the order notes at checkout.
Receiving your order
- Open and inspect the parcel while the rider is still with you. This is the easiest moment to resolve a problem.
- Check the seal, the box and the batch code. If anything looks wrong, refuse the delivery and message us immediately.
- Someone must be available on the number provided. Couriers make two attempts before returning a parcel to us.
Failed or delayed deliveries
If a courier cannot reach you and the parcel comes back, we will contact you to arrange a second dispatch. The first re-dispatch is free; if it fails again because of an incorrect address or an unreachable number, the second re-dispatch is charged at the standard zone rate.
If your order is more than three working days past the outer end of its estimate, message us with your reference and we will chase the courier, and if it cannot be located we will refund you in full or resend at our cost — your choice.
Outside Nigeria
Checkout is limited to Nigerian addresses. International orders can be arranged manually over WhatsApp, but many carriers restrict alcohol-based fragrance in air freight and the shipping cost is often more than the perfume. We will quote honestly before you commit.
Changing an address after ordering
Message us as soon as possible. If the parcel has not been handed to a courier we can change it at no cost. Once it is in transit, a redirection is at the courier's discretion and may carry a fee.
