Yes. We buy from authorised distributors and verified importers only, and every bottle arrives sealed in its original box with the batch code intact. Inspect it while the rider is still with you. If anything is wrong, send it back with them and we refund in full, including the delivery fee.

You cannot know for certain, which is why we publish longevity, projection, season and occasion on every product page, and why we sell a five-piece discovery set. Ten millilitres is roughly a hundred sprays — enough to wear something properly for a week rather than judge it from a card. If you buy a full bottle after the set, we take the set price off that order.

Lagos Mainland is ₦3,500 and Island is ₦4,500, both in one to two working days. Abuja is ₦5,000 in two to three days. Other states run from ₦6,000 to ₦8,000 and take three to seven working days. Orders over ₦250,000 ship free anywhere in Nigeria. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.

No. Checkout is guest only. We ask for your name, phone number, email and delivery address because we need them to deliver and to send your receipt, and nothing beyond that. There is no password to forget.

Through Paystack, using a debit or credit card, a bank transfer, or USSD. Your card details go straight to Paystack and are never seen or stored by us. If you would rather pay by direct transfer, message us on WhatsApp and we will send account details and confirm manually.

If it is sealed and unused, yes — tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange collection. Once a bottle has been sprayed we cannot resell it, so opened fragrance is only returnable if it is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered. In those cases we cover the return cost and refund or replace it.

Message 09159182637 on WhatsApp with your order reference and a photo, ideally the same day. We will collect it at our cost and either replace it or refund you in full to the account you paid from, usually within five working days.

Not through the website. Checkout is set to Nigeria only. If you want a bottle sent abroad, message us and we will quote the courier cost separately — but be aware that many carriers restrict alcohol-based fragrance in air freight.

Almost always, usually within two weeks. Message us and we will hold one for you when it lands, at the price you were quoted rather than the price it comes back at.

Usually one of three reasons: it is a tester without a cap, it is a different concentration sold under a similar name, or it is not genuine. Check the concentration on our page against theirs — an EDT and an EDP with the same name are different fragrances at different prices, and we always state which one we are selling.

Only as part of the discovery set for now. Individual decants of specific bottles can be arranged on request over WhatsApp if we have the stock open.

Away from light, heat and humidity — a wardrobe or a drawer, not a bathroom shelf or a car. Fragrance kept properly holds up for years; kept on a sunny windowsill it can turn within months, and the citrus notes go first.
